This 10 unit single family development will be on the property where the abandoned Sunglo gas station is currently located.  The 3 story homes are all detached and most of the units will have a 1 car garage. A common driveway that serves the units is meant to have the look and feel of a small urban street. An attempt has been made for the homes facing Presa and Lotus to orient to the streetscape through massing, location of entries, and other landscape features to help integrate the development with the neighborhood.  These energy efficient homes will be clad in stucco and metal panels and they feature  roof terraces for enjoying views of downtown San Antonio.
